Hyal-System ACP is a low molecular weight HA-based gel, stabilized without involving any chemical agent, thanks to the patented ACP (Auto-Crosslinked Polymer) technology, to enable a gradual release of highly pure 200kDa HA (slow-release activity), eliciting a biostimulation response.

It improves skin turgidity and elasticity, giving a rejuvenating effect to the skin. As a result, the skin is firm, elastic and rejuvenated.

A NEW ERA OF BIOSTIMULATION

The term biostimulation indicates an activation of the biological functions of the skin in order to optimize its physiology and achieve aesthetic improvement. It requires, among others, the chemical-physical optimization of the extracellular matrix (ECM), to be attained by neoformation of its structural components¹.

The neoformation of ECM’s structural components needs the physiological stimulation of fibroblasts in the regenerative rather than the reparative sense, which requires the involvement of CD44 receptors activating proteins synthesis and improving the neo formation of reticular collagen, Hyaluronic acid and elastin. Studies demonstrate that CD44 is involved in such a kind of activation by binding 200kDa HA, but not HA with a high molecular weight.²

Biostimulation achieved by hyaluronic acid relies on organisms’ response to a natural compound of the extracellular matrix, instead of a reaction to a foreign body. By stimulating the body’s natural response, rejuvenation in the deeper layers of the skin is achieved.
